Archbishop Sheen explores the two possible meanings of the word, “World,” along with their implications.  He also discusses the two “casualties” resulting in this misunderstanding – the first is the avoidance of a “direct encounter with Christ,” and the second is the “neglect of Christ,” a much graver casualty.
