A historical moment for Europe

Brussels is where the European Union (EU) is situated. The first Pro-Life-March ever to take place in Brussels organized by students and youth groups was a historical moment leading to a new "Culture of Life".

This important achievement as a "sign of the times" will be an significant beginning for other EU countries, which we expect to follow this example. Europe is dying. There is no denying the fact that the entire continent is racing full speed towards self-extinction. Assuming that current statistics persist (1.3 fertility rate), Europe's native population will be eradicated within the next two centuries. However, there is still hope for the countries that were first outside the Holy Land to be enlightened with the Gospel by this upcoming tremendous "Generation of Life".

Mr. William Wilberforce, the leader against slavery in the 18th century, was successful with the help of God. Ours is now a "Generation for Life", a light which will shine on the darkness of a path that will eventually lead us to a new Europe. Like Wilberforce, thousands of young people are praying and fighting today to fight the extinction mentality of the "Culture of death". This is only the beginning. As the spokesman for HLI Helpers, it was a great honour speaking to the participants in Brussels, Belgium. It was a historical moment of grace. I had the privilege to remind them not to stop, and to let them know that a transformational process is still taking place, and God is at our side. They are now missionaries for life, the forthcoming heroes. But we have to see everything in HIS eyes.

In GOD's eyes, being "successful" is trivial – what truly matters is being fruitful. Unlike production quotas, "fruit" has more than a mere quantitative dimension to it. Time and quality also matter. The HLI Helpers Europe understand this and realize that GOD never takes the quick and easy way out; instead He nurtures His children, and those whom He nurtures will bear fruit in due time. And in His eyes, saving lives also requires saving souls in Europe! We will keep on praying and working hard.
