Joseph Meaney Discusses HLI Documentary on From the Median Radio

Human Life International Director of International Coordination Joseph Meany joined host Molly Smith, president of Cleveland Right to Life, last week on her radio program From the Median to talk about HLI’s documentary “Central America and Mexico: Fighting for Life, Faith and Family.”

From the Median is a radio program on Salem Radio’s WHKW 1220 AM – The Word, and was the first pro-life program to air on the national Salem network.

“Central America and Mexico: Fighting for Life, Faith and Family” premiered in January on EWTN and tells the story of how families and pro-life leaders in Mexico, Costa Rica and Panama are under a well-funded assault from NGOs and foreign governments – including the United States. The targets of this assault: The natural bonds of family and community, the faith that has formed the social structures that have endured through great hardship, and the most innocent life in the womb. Through propaganda in the media, immoral conditions placed on “development aid” and the influence of very aggressive pressure groups, the pro-abortion movement is waging a culture war against the Catholic Church and the families of Central America and Mexico. The film is available for purchase on DVD.
