Dear Friends,

Won’t you join us? On May 15th in New York City, Human Life International will be co-hosting a side event at the United Nations. Together with a coalition of other great pro-life, pro-family groups, we will be there to witness to the 25th Observance of the International Day of Families, as well as the 25th Commemoration of the International Year of the Family.

I’ll never tire of quoting Pope St. John Paul II on this same topic: “As the family goes, so goes the nation and so goes the whole world in which we live.” If the family is weak, then so is our entire social structure. That’s why it’s so important in this day and age to witness to the family – composed of a man and woman in marriage, open to Life – as the basic building block of society.

While we know not all of you can attend in person, could you please pray for the family that day as well? What better way to start the Marian month! For more information, and to register in advance, please see: Please note we need to RSVP by May 10th. We hope to see you there.

Sincerely yours in Christ,

Father Shenan J. Boquet
