On June 13, 2019, New York’s Governor Andrew Cuomo (D) signed state Senator Brad Hoylman’s (D-27) bill S2994A into law, which repealed the religious exemption that allowed parents to refuse state-mandated vaccinations for their children. The law is brutal because it bans unvaccinated children from almost every place with other children, including private schools and childcare centers.

Now parents face the threat of lawmakers passing two more unholy bills by Sen. Hoylman, adding to the long list of mandated vaccines:

  1. S2276 and A2316 in the Assembly demand “mandatory influenza vaccine for persons attending daycare.” Starting with newborn babies who are taken to childcare places, the law would further apply to children who go to any kind of school. However, flu vaccines have been proven largely ineffective or caused injuries and deaths.
  2. S298B and A2912 in the Assembly demand that all children born after January 1, 2009 be vaccinated against the sexually transmitted disease (STD) human papillomavirus (HPV). Parents are alarmed because no child should have sex, and the Gardasil HPV vaccine has caused thousands of injuries and deaths.

Therefore, a large grassroots group of families who sponsored  billboards like the one above is calling upon their brother and sister citizens to visit their lawmakers at the State Capitol in Albany on Lobby Day, Wednesday, January 8, 2020, and urge their lawmakers to vote NO on these bills.

Next we present expert leaders and vaccine facts so that New Yorkers can give their lawmakers need-to-know info.

‘Parents Call the Shots’

Nicole Rose (standing to the right with her daughter and son) and other families went to Assemblyman William Magnarelli’s (D-129) office in Syracuse on December 5, 2019

Nicole Rose, a mother of two and an intellectual property patent paralegal, presents compelling science against vaccinating children. She and other voters from all of New York’s political districts organized campaigns. She said there are at least 200 volunteers in each district informing their neighbors and asking them to help stop the flu and HPV vaccine mandates. They’ve held public meetings, placed billboards on highways such as the one at the top of this report, and placed road signs in neighborhoods. They network in Facebook groups, and they are urging citizens to contact their lawmakers every way possible and go to Lobby Day.  As pictured above this section, on December 5, 2019, many went their lawmakers’ offices.

What inspired Nicole Rose? She said:

“I have been in this field of intellectual property patents for 10 years. In this special field of law, as a paralegal, I work on a daily basis reviewing and prosecuting inventions. I have the ability to review and search patents to understand how inventions work; how inventions are manufactured; what their main components are; how patents are put in place; ingredients; and how inventions work.

“Four years ago, when my son was three, a good friend of mine was standing in my kitchen and we were discussing health care. She told me she stopped vaccinating her kids. My eyes went wide and I started asking questions. A lot of questions.

“The next four years of my life and to date, I started researching vaccines and vaccine patents in their entirety. The day I read vaccine patents which expressly stated that ‘human diploid cells’ are used as ingredients, I immediately reflected on my Christian beliefs.”

Those cell lines come from aborted babies, so Nicole Rose was relieved to find New York’s religious exemption for vaccines. Prior to knowing about the religious exemption, she and her children’s father had their son vaccinated according to state mandates. After the religious exemption repeal, they had their son scientifically tested to see if the vaccines would protect him.

“His titers revealed that he has developed no immunities to the diseases he was vaccinated against. NONE,” she exclaimed to HLI via email. She continued:

“This is scientific proof in and of itself that vaccines do not provide immunities for ALL! My unvaccinated daughter has more immunity against disease than my vaccinated son! The titers test proves that not all people, once vaccinated, automatically develop 100% immunity to those diseases. We, the people, are able to provide scientific proof by titering ourselves and our children in order to prove that vaccines are not 100% effective.”

In a Facebook forum, Susan Marie Arcuri announced that she is director of Oneida County Right-to-Life, and she plans to run for the Assembly as a Republican in the 119th district, currently occupied by Assemblywoman Marianne Buttenschon, a Democrat who voted to repeal the religious vaccine exemption.

Mrs. Arcuri told HLI that she is a widow, a mother three children, and a grandmother of six. She said:

“I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services with a minor in Criminal Justice. My studies to complete my master’s degree in criminal justice with a concentration in constitutional law were placed on hold when my beautiful daughter-in-law, Maria, was diagnosed with uterine cancer. My priority was to assist my son with three young children she left behind to share in the light of God’s face as she was called home.”

Oneida County Right-to-Life is an independent non-profit who takes no money. They count on volunteers to pray outside the local Planned Parenthood facility, meet with lawmakers, and attend lobby days at the Albany Capitol. Mrs. Arcuri has plenty of photos to prove the group’s activism. She invites local pro-lifers to join her on Oneida County Right-to-Life’s Facebook, and email her by clicking here.

“I am uncompromising on this issue,” she added. “Mandated immunizations need to be repealed along with the egregious 2019 abortion law, among others.”

Arcuri said Oneida County Right-to-Life concentrates on “following the word of God” as Pope Saint John Paul II teaches the whole world in Evangelium Vitae (The Gospel of Life). She said: “We are commanded to defend human lives in all stages and in every condition.” Yes, in EV Section 73, John Paul II wrote: “Abortion and euthanasia are thus crimes which no human law can claim to legitimize.” Furthermore, paragraphs 2270-2274 in the Catholic Catechism explain everyone’s political duty to protect the unborn.

Parents Called on Congress to End the National Crisis

American states and territories determine their own vaccine mandates. Given widespread government abuse such as the crises in New York, 3,000 people gathered in Washington for the Vaccine Injury Epidemic (VIE) Event on November 14, 2019. They requested federal protection for all Americans, especially children and their parents, in a rally co-sponsored by the National Vaccine Information Center (NVIC).

Father Michael Copenhagen of Rochester, New York spoke at the VIE Event. He is a married Eastern-rite Catholic priest with children. Many medical and legal experts spoke there, plus state lawmakers and religious ministers. They included NVIC Co-Founder and President Barbara Loe Fisher, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., and Rabbi Henry Morse. In the video below, Father explains true Church teaching on vaccines. He tells Catholic politicians who disobey the Church to stop persecuting her and Christ, and he urges everyone to fight harmful government mandates because silence is consent to evil. No doubt he was speaking to Governor Andrew Cuomo and other nominally Catholic New York politicians.

As we show here, Church teaching on vaccines is the result of Debi Vinnedge, founder of Children of God for Life, who wrote to Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger, then prefect of the Sacred Congregation of the Doctrine of Faith (and later Pope Benedict XVI). She requested clarification about giving children vaccines with cell lines from aborted babies and the right of parents to oppose such vaccinations mandated by governments.

On June 9, 2005, Bishop Elio Sgreccia, president of the Pontifical Academy for Life, replied with Moral Reflections on Vaccines Prepared from Cells Derived from Aborted Fetuses.

In the document written by Bishop Sgreccia on behalf of the Vatican, he specified that we may take or allow tainted vaccinations only for an extrema ratio – only for an extreme reason, meaning a contagious disease emergency – when no morally produced vaccine is available.

Sgreccia said that “doctors and families have a duty” to put “pressure on the political authorities and health systems.” He urged us to inform every one in every possible way, including via media. He stressed: “In any case, there remains a moral duty to continue to fight and to employ every lawful means in order to make life difficult for the pharmaceutical industries which act unscrupulously and unethically.”

Now here is Father Copenhagen’s speech:

Vaccine Injuries and Deaths

Barbara Loe Fisher speaking at her Vaccine Epidemic Injury Event in Washington, D.C. on November 14, 2019

Now we’ll look at the flu and HPV vaccine facts found by two leading experts: Barbara Loe Fisher and Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.

As noted above, Mrs. Loe Fisher is president of the National Vaccine Information Center. In 1982, she co-founded the center to help save children from vaccine injuries. Barbara Loe Fisher knows the lifelong trauma and sorrow of vaccine injuries because her oldest child “suffered brain inflammation after his fourth DPT shot and was confined for 12 years to a special education classroom in Virginia.” She said his younger brother also had a severe vaccine reaction but recovered. Click here to search NVIC’s complete archives on contagious diseases and vaccines.

Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., father of six and an attorney, is founder and chairman of Children’s Health Defense (CHD), which he established to protect children from unsafe vaccines. Kennedy had his own children vaccinated. However, when he saw widespread illness despite vaccines, plus vaccine injuries and deaths, he decided to fight corruption in the pharmaceutical industry and government agencies.

“When you take away the religious and conscience exemptions from public health laws, but exemptions are restricted to the federal government guidelines that are approved by the Centers for Disease Control – when you look at those exemptions, you find that there are almost no medical reasons, no health reasons that the CDC considers as a reason not to vaccinate,” said Mrs. Loe Fisher.

“So when you take away the other exemptions from people, and leave this very narrow exemption, you basically have forced vaccination in this country. And when you don’t have any liability – as of 2011, the Supreme Court took away all remaining liability from the vaccine manufacturers by declaring that vaccines are unavoidably unsafe and no longer can you sue for design defect. When you take away all liability, it’s a very dangerous situation because nobody has any recourse except for the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP), which has also been gutted by the Department of Health.”

Flu vaccines don’t contain human fetal ingredients, but they do contain a form of mercury that the U.S. government approves. Here are disturbing injury and death facts gathered by NVIC:

  • According to the MedAlerts search engine, as of May 31, 2019, there have been more than 166,178 reports of influenza vaccine reactions, hospitalizations, injuries and deaths following influenza vaccinations made to the federal Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS), including 1,673 related deaths, 13,373 hospitalizations, and 3,358 related disabilities. Moderate reactions reported include fever, local reactions (pain, redness, swelling at the site of the injection), headache, fatigue, sore throat, nasal congestion, cough, joint and muscle pain, and nausea. Serious vaccine complications include brain inflammation and neurological damage, convulsions, Bell’s palsy, limb paralysis, neuropathy, shock, wheezing/asthma and other breathing problems, and death. Influenza vaccinations can cause Guillain Barre Syndrome (GBS), a painful and disabling immune and neurological disorder of the peripheral nervous system that can cause temporary or permanent paralysis and death.
  • In 2013, the Federal Advisory Commission on Childhood Vaccines (ACCV) voted to add GBS to the Vaccine Injury Table (VIT) within the federal Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP), which was officially done in 2017. As of Sept 1, 2019, there have been 5,560 claims filed in the federal Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP) for injuries and deaths following influenza vaccination, including 174 deaths and 5,386 serious injuries.

Robert Kennedy, Jr. wants to outlaw Gardasil. At the time of his CHD exposé, Kennedy said the Gardasil HPV vaccine is “nothing short of disastrous” because the drug has caused infertility; 61,000 known serious medical conditions; and 450 known deaths; and he shows how Merck and the FDA cheated in the approval process. The cost to vaccinate each child ranges from $390 to $450, and government agencies recommend the so-called vaccine for children as young as nine.

Loe Fisher said: “Gardasil and hepatitis B vaccinations don’t belong on mandates. To mandate vaccines for sexually transmitted diseases is not appropriate for school children.”

The Gardasil HPV vaccine doesn’t contain human fetal ingredients, but it is dangerous and unnecessary. Click here and here, where NVIC shows their latest count of injuries and deaths caused by Gardasil, this includes serious, painful and disabling illnesses caused by the drug:

Using the MedAlerts search engine, as of May 31, 2019, the federal Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) contains more than 62,393 reports of HPV vaccine reactions, hospitalizations, injuries and deaths and, includes 503 related deaths, 6,286 hospitalizations, and 3,018 disabling conditions. Nearly 47 percent of the reported serious adverse events occurred in children and teens 12-17 years of age.

New Yorkers Cheered Kennedy at Court

Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. and Michael H. Sussman in the Supreme Court of the State of New York County of Albany with their clients (August 2019)

After Gov. Cuomo outlawed vaccine religious exemptions in New York, Michael H. Sussman and Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., both attorneys with New York law firms, took the case of 55 families harmed by the law to the Supreme Court in the State of New York in the County of Albany. The families say they live according to Christian, Jewish, Amish or Muslim religions.

Click here to see the New York Daily News report (pictured above) showing the plaintiffs, and what looks like thousands of New Yorkers gathered outside the court in support of them and Robert Kennedy, Jr.

The case is called F.F. on behalf of her minor children, et al. v. State of New York, Andrew Cuomo Governor, Letitia James, Attorney General. Click here and here to get the court filings and other legal updates about New York at Children’s Health Defense.

Sussman and Kennedy showed how banning unvaccinated students from schools violates the New York Constitution. In part, they stated:

  • The New York State Constitution requires the legislature to provide for the maintenance and support of a system of free common school wherein all children of the State may be educated, regardless of race, religion, sexual orientation or ability.
  • Through its compulsory attendance law, New York State requires students aged six to sixteen to attend school or to receive home instruction, and New York Education Law section entitles persons between the ages of five and twenty-one to a free public education.
  • Parents residing in New York State who fail to comply with compulsory education laws may face serious civil and/or criminal sanctions, potentially including the loss of parental rights over their children.

On December 3, 2019, New York Supreme Court Justice Denise Hartman issued the court’s ruling that they had dismissed the case. Laura Bono, director of marketing and media for CHD, sent HLI the dismissal. She expects Sussman and Kennedy to appeal it.

One Lone Lawmaker Stood Up for Families

Assemblyman David DiPietro (R-147) wrote bill A08834 to restore New York’s religious exemptions and it went live on December 28, 2019. His bill would restore the religious vaccine exemption to children attending any public, private or parochial school; a child caring center; a day nursery; a day care agency; a nursery school; a pre-kindergarten school; kindergarten; and elementary, intermediate and secondary schools.

State Senator Chris Jacobs (R-60) is passionately opposed to mandating STD vaccines for children. In part, Jacobs said: “I have a young daughter, her health decisions will be the decision of my wife and me in consultation with our doctor – not by an Albany bureaucrat.” Hence, New Yorkers should ask him if he will sponsor and bring DiPietro’s bill to the Senate.
