Even though she couldn’t see the screen, Birgitta could hear her baby’s heartbeat. As she listened to the quiet thump-thump, she realized that a tiny child was growing inside her.   

Janos also got to watch his child moving on the ultrasound screen. This tiny, innocent baby relied on him. He never wanted to hurt her!
