Nisha Never Learned Church Teaching About Marriage
Before the conference, Nisha and her long-time boyfriend didn’t want children. They’d decided to postpone marriage until they were older. That way no one would expect children anytime soon.
But no one ever told them that premarital sex was wrong. So, Nisha and her boyfriend used birth control to avoid pregnancy.
As a nurse, Nisha met many women who didn’t want children. She often prescribed contraception. And she thought abortion was a good backup for birth control. Because contraception and abortion are both legal in India, she didn’t know either was wrong.
Nisha was living a life steeped in sinful behaviors. Even though she attended church regularly, no priest had ever told her the truth. She didn’t know about God’s beautiful plan for families.

First, she reached out to your missionaries, explaining her financial situation. They arranged for her to have a place to stay in Goa, and they helped cover other costs as well.
Once the conference began, Nisha realized that she needed to change her lifestyle.
This young woman was enthralled by God’s plan for marriage and family. She took copious of notes, so she wouldn’t forget any details. Nisha learned about the evils of abortion, and she realized that birth control harmed women physically and spiritually.
